4. E-declaration taking place after the departure of the fully loaded transportation vehicles carrying the imported goods and prior to their arrival at the custom supervision places, with customs declaration form indicating the previous law-abiding records;

5. Automatic checking by the system;

6. Manual checking (for goods without further manual checking, please ignore the step);

7. Joint expedited check by various port authorities (random check), Internet+interactive check;

8. Internet+Self-help taxation(for non-taxable commodities, please ignore the step);

9. Discharge;

10. Finish.
