Located in East Fengze Road, Nansha Culture Center covers an area of 1,500 square meters and a construction area of 4,500 square meters. In December 2011, the center was rated as a first-grade national cultural center.

Nansha Culture Center is a mass cultural institution set up by the Nansha People's Government and the center of creativity, counseling and training for mass cultural work in Nansha.

There are 15 functional rooms in the three storey building. The first floor is the art training center, mainly used for carrying out art training activities for the masses. The second floor is a display an exchange center, mainly used for organizing various art exchange activities and exhibitions. The third floor is a small theater for holding non-profit mass cultural performances and providing a platform for excellent arts teams and programs.

In recent years, the center has organized many large-scale cultural events such as art shows, the Guangzhou Water Village Cultural Festival, and the WDC Canton Nansha International Dance Championship. 

The mangrove art troupe directly organized by the Nansha Culture Center consists of singing teams, musical instrument teams, cultural propaganda teams, folk art teams, dance teams, saltwater song teams and presidential recitation teams. They have won numerous prizes in various cultural events in the province and the city.

Nansha Culture Center has now become a knowledge hall for people seeking knowledge, a cultural paradise with optimal facilities, as well as a spiritual home for people in Nansha district.
