V Opening up and cooperation

Nansha's foreign trade volume accounts for one fifth of the total in Guangzhou, and there are over 1,400 registered cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Nansha, with Nansha mode of e-commerce being promoted in the entire country. Apart from that, Nansha has established the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Universities, with themed events being held regularly. Nansha also jointly sets up Southern International Cooperation Center with National Development and Reform Commission.

In the future, Nansha will advance the construction of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone with Nansha as its core, relax the access restrictions for professional service providers from Hong Kong and Macao and to facilitate professional qualification reciprocity, build a one-stop service platform to facilitate Chinese enterprises' going global and international investment and technological cooperation, build a foreign affairs mansion and a foreign trade mansion in Nansha, inviting foreign countries to open trade representative offices, encourage exchange and communication among FTZs of various kinds in the world, as well as facilitate the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.

2. Business registration single-window service and one-license-one-code system;

3. With the largest number and the fastest handling speed of business certificates related to market access being handled through the paralleled administrative service;

4. International trade single-window 2.0-version service, with the most efficient custom clearance service for foreign trade goods;

5. China's first smart-port service, with custom clearance spot check fee being covered by government;

6. To set up the 2.0-version of the quality traceability mechanism of global import and export commodities;

7. To set up an e-taxation service through the enterprise-specific web page;

8. China's first FTZ court, FTZ labor dispute arbitration committee, FTZ procuratorate and an international arbitration center.
