Nansha inaugurates vehicle export preparation center for Greater Bay Area

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Vehicle Export Preparation Center opened its exhibition doors at Nansha Near-Sea Terminal in Guangzhou on July 30. As a pioneering initiative in South China's auto trade, the center fills the region's gap in standardized vehicle export preparation services.

Situated just hundreds of meters from ro-ro ships, the center enables a one-stop workflow where vehicles receive preparation services at the time of arrival and are shipped on completion with no intermediate hold. It provides full standardized services for all types of fuel and new energy vehicles, including inspection, maintenance, three-electric system servicing and full-process used car export procedures.

This integrated port-side model achieves a sharp reduction in time and logistics costs for exporters, eliminating extra expenses from cross-site transportation, repeated loading, warehousing and transit damage. Backed by the operator's years of vehicle service experience and mature expertise in new energy three-electric system maintenance, the center ensures stable, reliable quality for vehicles delivered to overseas markets.

The facility strengthens full-chain support for Guangzhou's automobile exports, helping "Guangzhou-made" vehicles expand their global footprint. It will also draw upstream and downstream industries such as cross-border logistics and auto finance to Nansha, bolstering its role as a core international trade hub in the Greater Bay Area.
