A Guangzhou municipal cultural and tourism industry matchmaking event was held in Shanghai on July 14 as part of the city's annual investment promotion agenda. Nansha, Guangzhou's newest administrative district, participated in the main venue event and hosted a dedicated promotional session afterward, marking the sixth stop of its city image promotion tour and expanding its investment footprint to the Yangtze River Delta.
Located at the geographic heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the district is within one hour of five major international airports and has a consumer base of over 87 million people. Fourteen categories of cultural, sports and tourism enterprises qualify for a preferential 15% corporate income tax rate. Backed by ample strategic land reserves, the district hosts the Greater Bay Area Culture and Sports Center, which has staged a series of top-tier concerts and sports events since its launch.

Multiple enterprises expressed strong interest in the district's policy benefits and market prospects, and stated their intention to conduct on-site visits for in-depth cooperation.
