Guangzhou Tongze Kangwei Technology Co., Ltd., a national key specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise, recently passed its initial public offering (IPO) review on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Founded in 2019, the company generates over 90 percent of its operating revenue from overseas markets, with products sold to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.

On the global 5G FWA CPE supplier competitiveness ranking released by ABI Research in January 2025, the company ranked seventh globally. It is the only Chinese mainland professional broadband terminal vendor besides Huawei and ZTE to make the global top 10, and serves leading global carriers including MTN, Airtel, Ooredoo, Orange, China Mobile and China Unicom through a direct sales model.

Its success stems from domestic chip breakthroughs. Tongze Kangwei became the first company to commercialize a 5G CPE powered by a Chinese-developed chipset, reducing reliance on foreign technology in the high-end terminal market. The company has also begun 6G pre-research aligned with China's 15th Five-Year Plan. The listing underscores the region's role as a springboard for tech firms expanding abroad, backed by logistics, tax incentives and an open business environment.
