Positions were precisely aligned with industrial development needs, focusing on three core areas: technology R&D, comprehensive management, and marketing.
On-site statistics were promising: over 80 percent of participating companies reported a high match between the candidates and job requirements. By the time the event concluded, more than 230 resumes had been received, with 46 job seekers reaching preliminary employment intentions.
The fair was deeply integrated with technological empowerment and human-centric services. The intelligent matching system in the Tunan AI Recruitment Hall provided efficient, personalized job recommendations for over 300 job seekers.
Meanwhile, a dedicated talent policy consultation zone was also set up, where service officers addressed queries regarding subsidies, residency, and career development, distributing over 300 policy handbooks and serving more than 360 individuals.
To sustain this platform for efficient talent-enterprise connections, Nansha invites more businesses and HR service agencies to join the Tunan AI Recruitment Hall ecosystem.
The next large-scale comprehensive job fair is scheduled for the afternoon of Feb 26 at Nansha Wanda Plaza.
