Nansha Hub Cluster has an area of 10 square kilometers. To its east is the Xuenan waterway, to its south is Shenmao Road, to its west is Lingxin Avenue and to its north is Sanzhen Avenue.

Planning and development priorities
The cluster will focus on the development of information technology, financial back-office services and transformation of scientific and technological achievements and professional services. It will also create a productive service industry development base of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Maucao and explore new mechanisms for social management innovation and economic integration in the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
Land-use planning and status
The total usable land for construction in the area is 492.8 hectares, including 43.8 hectares for traffic hubs, 54 hectares for business, 81 hectares for commercial buildings, 201.8 hectares for residences, 37.5 hectares for foreign affairs, and 74.7 hectares for education.
According to the planned floor area ratio, the total floor area is 9.05 million square meters, including 1.35 million sq m for business, 2.43 million sq m for commercial buildings, 2.99 million sq m for residences, 504,000 sq m for foreign affairs and 896,000 sq m for education.
Currently, there is no land being constructed in the area.
Planning and implementation
The area will build a business environment that is in line with international standards and innovate the social management service system. It will expand the industrial development space in Hong Kong, build a new mechanism for joint innovation with Hong Kong science and technology, and build a productive service industry development base in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao so as to promote the integrated development of Guangdong and Hong Kong.
